Past Event: Narragansett Cruise aboard Coastal
Queen
(TUE) July 29, 2008;
Thanks to the the generosity of YARI member Jim
Bishop Y'56, nearly 40 Yale Club members and friends
spent an evening enjoying cocktails and passed
hors d'ouevres while cruising on beautiful Narragansett
Bay. For a forth year in a row the weather was
magnificent and sights and sounds of the Harbor
enjoyable. From the class of 2008 to class of
1950, everyone had a tremendous evening. Many
thanks to board member Susan Daly for helping
to organize and run this great event!

Event: Tuxedo Park Book Lecture
|
|
(THU) July 10, 2008, 7:00pm; Rosecliff Mansion
Author Christian R. Sonne Y'57 (President of the
Tuxedo Park Historical Society) and photographer
James Bleecker delivered a wonderful lecture on
the magnificent architecture of Tuxedo Park, the
exclusive enclave located just north of New York
City. The reception that followed on the back

was a lovely reminder of the elegance and grandeur
in which people once lived.
